  • Uploaded Assets: Product images, model references, and CSV catalogs uploaded to our secure Google Cloud Storage.
  • Creative Briefs: Prompts, art direction instructions, and configuration settings (e.g., aspect ratio, model selection).
  • Generated Content: The resulting AI-generated images (1K/2K resolution) and associated production logs.

c. Technical & Usage Data

  • Usage Logs: Generation timestamps, chosen AI models (Nano Banana / Pro), and success/failure rates for billing and refund purposes.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and platform optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provision of Services: To process your images and prompts through Google Vertex AI to create the requested content.
  • Billing & Credit Management: To track credit consumption, process payments via Stripe, and issue automated refunds for failed generations.
  • Production History: To maintain a personal dashboard where you can view, audit, and reuse your previous prompts and outputs.
  • Platform Security: To enforce Firestore Security Rules and protect your assets from unauthorized access.

  • Google Cloud / Vertex AI: For secure storage and AI processing. Note: Your assets are processed to generate results but are not used by us or Google to train public AI models.
  • Stripe: For secure transaction handling and payment security.

All assets are stored in encrypted Google Cloud Storage buckets. While we strive for absolute security, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
